ORDER PROCESSING
Made-to-order items may take up to 1-3 weeks to ship. IN STOCK & SALE items will ship within 2-3 business days. GIFT CARDS will deliver directly to your inbox.

RETURNS/EXCHANGES
Bronze, silver & gold plated items are eligible for exchange or a refund upon request. Returns will not be accepted without an issued Return Authorization number. Fine Collection & items purchased with a Gift Card are eligible for store credit or exchange only.
Return or exchange requests for all items must be made within 3 days of delivery & are subject to approval. Please contact info@jacquelinerose.com to request a return or exchange. Once a request is approved, the original merchandise must be returned within 5 days, unaltered, unworn & in its original packaging, otherwise the item is no longer eligible for return or exchange.
 
Shipping charges are non-refundable & cost for a return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Returns may incur a 10% restocking fee. We reserve the right to deny any unreasonable returns or exchanges. We do not offer price adjustments on past purchases.
 
FINAL SALE
Items purchased using a discount code equal to or higher than 15% are a final sale & may not be returned or exchanged. Sale items, international orders, items purchased as an exchange or with store credit, custom pieces (including custom ring sizing), Gift Cards & items purchased during promotional sales or with a discount code equal to or higher than 15% are a final sale & non-refundable.

  INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Duties & taxes are not included in the total at checkout & are the responsibility of the customer. Duties & taxes will vary by country & are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Jacqueline Rose Collection, Inc. does accept returns or refunds if the International Shipment is refused by the customer.

JEWELRY CARE
Bronze & silver naturally oxidize with time. We recommend a polishing cloth like Sunshine brand.  Gold plated & gold fill jewelry can wear slightly overtime. Gently clean with a mild dish soap, warm water & damp soft cotton cloth.  To keep your Jacqueline Rose jewelry looking best, limit its contact with lotions, perfumes, hairspray & water activities. Rubbing alcohol & hand sanitizers should also be avoided. Store jewelry in an airtight bag or container & remove before going to sleep.

REPAIRS
We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase. To request a repair, please contact info@jacquelinerose.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

We respect your privacy! All personal information submitted to us is kept strictly confidential & will not be shared. We may contact you on occasion via email for special promotions, sales or new designs if marketing is accepted.
