RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns & exchanges for unworn, unaltered jewelry in its original packaging  within 5 days of upon delivery at the shipping addressTo make a return for store credit or exchange, please contact info@jacquelinerose.com. Please do not return any products until you have received our Return Authorization number. Shipping costs are non-refundable & cost for a return shipment are the responsibility of the customer. Exchanges may incur additional shipping charges. All custom & sale items are final.
 
JEWELRY CARE

Bronze & silver naturally oxidize with time. We recommend a polishing cloth like Sunshine brand. To delay oxidation, keep your Jacqueline Rose jewelry away from lotions, perfumes, hairspray, showers & water activities. Store jewelry in an airtight bag or container & remove before going to sleep.

Gold-filled or plated jewelry 
can wear slightly overtime especially with heavy use. To keep your piece looking its best, gently clean with a damp soft cotton cloth.


REPAIRS
We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase. To request a repair, please contact info@jacquelinerose.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
