RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns & exchanges within 10 days of purchase on all unworn jewelry. 

To make a return or exchange, please contact info@jacquelinerose.com.  
In the case of 
a return, you will receive a store credit that is valid for up to 6 months.  In the case of an exchange, in-stock items will be shipped within 3 days from when you return item is received. If the item is made to order, we will notify you with the ship date. 

We reserve the right to deny unreasonable repairs, returns or exchanges.
All custom & sale pieces are final sale & may not be returned or exchanged.

CARE

Bronze and silver naturally oxidize over time. This chemical reaction can be removed with a polishing cloth. We like Sunshine brand. And to delay oxidation, keep your Jacqueline Rose jewelry away from moisture, showers, and other water. And when you’re not wearing your jewelry, store it in a jewelry bag or box.


REPAIRS
We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase.
To request a repair, please contact info@jacquelinerose.com.  
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.
