RETURNS & EXCHANGES
We accept returns & exchanges within 5 days of delivery on all unworn, unaltered jewelry in its original packaging. To make a return or exchange, please contact info@jacquelinerose.com to begin the process.
In the case of a return, you will receive a store credit that is valid for up to 6 months.  In the case of an exchange, in-stock items will be shipped within 3 days from when you return item is received. If the item is made to order, we will notify you with the ship date.  All custom & sale items are final.

JEWELRY CARE

Bronze and silver naturally oxidize over time. This chemical reaction can be removed with a polishing cloth, we like Sunshine brand. To delay oxidation, keep your Jacqueline Rose jewelry away from lotions, perfumes, hairspray or any water activities. Store jewelry in an airtight bag or container and remove before going to sleep.

Gold-filled or plated jewelry 
can wear slightly overtime especially with heavy use. To keep your piece looking its best, gently clean with a damp soft cotton cloth.


REPAIRS
We will make reasonable repairs on items for up to 1 year after date of purchase. To request a repair, please contact info@jacquelinerose.com. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs.

PRIVACY
All personal information submitted to us is kept strictly confidential and will not be shared. We respect your privacy! We may contact you on occasion through email for special promotions, sales or new designs if marketing is accepted.
