ORDER PROCESSING
Please allow 3-5 business days for In Stock and Sale orders to be processed and shipped. Made-to-order items may take up to 1-3 weeks. Gift Cards deliver directly to your inbox. We are not able to change, void or cancel orders once submitted. We are not able to change the address provided during checkout once the order has shipped.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes will vary by country and are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Jacqueline Rose Collection, Inc. does accept returns or refunds if the International Shipment is refused by the customer.
DAMAGED, LOST OR STOLEN ORDERS
We are not responsible for damaged, lost or stolen packages. All shipments are insured through our shipping carriers. Please contact info@jacquelinerose.com for assistance with in-transit related issues. All domestic shipments valued $1000 or more will require a signature upon delivery. Please note we are unable to ship to PO Boxes. We are not responsible for delays incurred by the shipper carrier.
