Please allow 3-5 business days for In Stock orders to be processed and shipped. Made-to-order items may take up to 1-3 weeks. Gift Cards deliver directly to your inbox. We are not able to change, void or cancel orders once submitted. We are not able to change the address provided during checkout once the order has shipped. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
Duties and taxes are not included in the total at checkout and are the responsibility of the customer. Duties and taxes will vary by country and are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. Jacqueline Rose Collection, Inc. does accept returns or refunds if the International Shipment is refused by the customer.
